00 / The Vision Portrait

Your vision, out of your head.

And into something you can actually build from.

01 / The problem

You already know this part.

You've been carrying it for years. You can talk about it for an hour and still not be able to say what it is in one sentence. Every time you sit down to start, you don't know which end to pick up first, so it stays where it is and another year goes.

It isn't that you're short of ideas. Most women years into a vision have more ideas than time. What runs out is the certainty that it was yours to do in the first place, and nobody gives herself permission for something she isn't sure she received.

02 / What it does

Two things, not one.

The first is architecture. What you're building, who it's for, what has to exist, and what order it happens in.

The second is conviction. Where this came from, how it reached you, what it's cost you and who else has confirmed it. Written down, it stops being an idea I have and becomes a thing I was given. That's the half most people skip, and it's the half that changes what you're willing to spend on it.

03 / Who it's for
  • You're building something and most of it still lives in your head.
  • You've got pieces already. Notes, a name, a half-built website, something you wrote and never released.
  • You know it's yours. You can't get it into an order.
  • It's a business, a ministry, a church, a charity, a program, or something that doesn't have a name yet.

And who it isn't for

  • You want somebody to tell you what your vision should be. That isn't mine to give you and it wouldn't hold.
  • You want the answers only your sector has. Financing structures, accreditation, licensing, compliance in your field. Those are real and they're yours to get proper advice on. Pretending I could do it would waste your money.

04 / How it works
  1. We talk first, and you decide whether it's for you.
  2. I send you the questionnaire. Eight parts. You answer by voice note, one part per sitting, in your own words. You'll say things out loud that you'd never write down.
  3. I listen to all of it and transcribe it, then come back to you with follow-up questions. That conversation matters as much as the answers.
  4. Five business days from that conversation, your portrait comes back to you.
  5. You read it, and we tweak if we need to.
05 / What you get
  • Twelve to eighteen pages, built from your own words, with what you said kept visibly separate from what I make of it.
  • Your anchor statement. One sentence, yours, short enough to say out loud in one breath.
  • The whole thing on one page at the front, so you can find it again in six months without reading all of it.
  • The eight parts in full. Who you are, how this came to you, what you're here to build, who it's for, what it looks like running, what has to exist, what order it happens in, and where you're going to get stuck.
  • The route, written so that you could walk it yourself. Some women will. If you never speak to me again after reading it, you've got what you came for.
06 / Where it stops

The portrait takes you to the point where your venture exists and is trading. For a ministry, to where it exists, is operating and is resourced.

Not to the finished vision. That boundary is deliberate, and it's the reason this can be specific about you instead of general about everyone.

07 / The price

AU$497

Five business days from our follow-up conversation. It takes you to the point where your venture exists and is trading.

The first three

I'm doing the first three of these at AU$247.

In exchange I'd ask for two things once you've read it: a few honest words I can use, and your permission to publish your portrait as a worked example. If either of those isn't right for you, say so and pay the full rate. It doesn't change the work.

08 / Next

If you want one.

If we've already spoken, you know how to reach me. If we haven't, email me and tell me what you're building.
