How to reach me.
One address, and it comes straight to me. There's no team in between and no ticket number.
I answer inside one business day, Monday to Friday. If you write on the weekend you'll hear back Monday.
SmartProjx is run from Brisbane, Queensland, so that's the clock I'm on.
Email the same address and put what you bought in the subject line. Two things make it quick:
- The email address you paid with. That's how I find your payment.
- What you need, in a sentence. You don't have to write it up neatly.
If something has gone wrong, say so plainly. I'd rather hear it from you than not hear it.
You can change your mind and get every cent back right up until I send you the questionnaire. After that I'm working, and the work is built for you and can't be resold, so it isn't refundable. That doesn't touch your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
